How does usage work month to month?
Every plan includes a monthly usage allowance that refreshes on your billing date. Everyday work draws on it lightly; heavier actions such as generating documents, reviewing photos, and running multi-step tasks use more. The number of projects or claims you can create is not limited.
Can I switch plans or change seats?
Yes. Plan changes and seat removals take effect on your next billing cycle.
What is the difference between standard and premium workflows?
Premium workflows can run more steps and work across integrations. Standard workflows handle more focused tasks.
Does sharing a claim use a paid seat?
No. Inviting a policyholder or contractor to a shared claim does not consume a paid seat. Their activity draws from your plan usage unless they have their own paid account.
Can I control what my team spends?
