At Brelly, our mission is to make insurance claims easy.

We do this by creating new technologies that solve old problems. Ultimately those technologies will make life better not only for homeowners and businesses, but for everyone involved in insurance claims.

Origins

Brelly was born out of frustration. We’ve helped thousands of people through insurance claims. We’ve also navigated our own claims as homeowners. And through it all, we saw first-hand how unnecessarily difficult it was for regular people to get through their property insurance claims and get back on their feet. Claims stalled for months or even years. People worn down by stress and anxiety. Lives stuck in limbo. Our frustration wasn’t just that people faced these problems but that these problems were fixable. With the right technologies, tools, and support, we knew there was an easier way for people to handle claims – one that would empower people to get their lives back to normal faster and with fewer disruptions.

So we created Brelly, a one-of-a-kind technology company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover from insured property loss.

Who we are

Brelly exists to help policyholders and the professionals who support them. Although we make claims-handling easier for both policyholders and insurance companies, we are not an insurance company, and we do not work for insurance companies. We work for you, and we’re obsessed with just one thing: helping you recover your insured losses fully, quickly, and conveniently.

To do that, we’ve built a team that brings years of experience in claims handling, restoration contracting, law, and technology. We know what gets claims processed quickly and fairly and what doesn’t, and we use that knowledge to power technology solutions that help claimants. Drawing on our unique combination of skills and expertise allows us to do that rarest of things in the insurance industry: innovate.

How we help

Brelly gives you free resources and tools that make for easier claims and better results.

Our resources help you understand the claims processes, insurance coverages, and laws that are most important to your claim.

Our tools take the hard work and guesswork out of your claim. They assist you in completing required tasks, like building an inventory, documenting damages, or tracking and submitting expenses. Brelly's tools guide you through the claims process, giving you peace of mind that you're handling your claim the right way. And they all come together in our Claim Manager, an all-in-one platform that streamlines and simplifies your claim from beginning to end.
